Balloongrams were born out of the pandemic and closure of our storefront, created to deliver joy to the community's doorsteps at a time when we were all staying home to curb the spread of the virus. Two years later, we are still creating personalized balloons everyday for all occasions and they have become Oh Shiny's signature balloons. Balloon delivery is available for Pasadena and the surrounding areas.
