LOCAL DELIVERYÂ
Balloons will be delivered during your selected time slot. This does not mean a guaranteed specific time and balloons may arrive anytime within that time slot. The morning of delivery day, you will receive a text message with an smaller 2 hour window ETA.Â
It is essential that someone will be present to receive the balloons and bring them inside during that window. Balloons left unattended outside can pop, get damaged, or stolen and this is outside of our control. We are not liable for balloons after they have been delivered to the doorstep. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be present at delivery. If nobody is present at delivery, the driver will leave it at the most suitable spot they can but keep in mind that wind, sun, and sharp textures around your home such as trees and nails may cause damage to the balloons.Â
If you need balloons delivered by a specific time, please contact us to have it arranged. There is an additional fee for scheduled deliveries.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final on balloon orders. Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and we can no longer cancel it. However if you need any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to message us as soon as possible! We ask for at least 3 day advance notice of any changes or reschedule requests.

USPS / UPS / INTERNATIONAL
Currently we do not offer international shipping. For US shoppers, if there is a non-inflated balloon product you'd like shipped to you, feel free to reach out with your address for a shipping quote. We're sorry for the inconvenience as we have optimized our website for pick up and local balloon delivery.
