Due to the widespread helium shortage, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to have a steady supply of helium. While we will try to fulfill every online order, we may need to cancel an order if helium supplies run out. In that case you will be notified via email the week of and fully refunded. Our staff can assist you with substitutions as needed.

If possible, please opt for air-filled designs like hot air balloons and balloon garlands, that actually can last much longer than helium balloons! These can also be customized to suit your occasion.
At the moment we are unable to fill 3rd party balloons purchased elsewhere.

→ Our standard delivery window is weekdays 12-4pm and weekends 2-6pm. This may change depending on holidays and special events.

→ Delivery fee depends on distance and time. There is a $50 order minimum for local delivery near Pasadena. Further locations may have higher order minimums $100-$150.
→ Someone must be present to bring the balloons inside immediately upon delivery. Balloons left outside are more likely to pop. Delivery drivers cannot redeliver.

If possible, we recommend getting it delivered the day before if you need balloons for the morning time.

→ Same day pick ups can be ordered directly on our website. While we recommend at least 24 hours in advance, many balloons can be ready in 2 hours or less. (exceptions apply)
→ Walk-ins: Need something sooner than 2 hours? We take walk-in orders for non-personalized items like latex and mylar balloon bouquets. Wait times are usually 10-30 minutes.
→ Deliveries typically need to be ordered by 3pm the day before. If you need a same day delivery, please email your order and address to email@example.com for help, last minute orders are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Good news! Our balloons are made to last overnight and beyond. Pick up the afternoon before and keep the balloons indoors in a cool area away from direct sun and wind, and they'll be just fine for the next day!
For long lasting balloons, store them indoors away from wind, direct sun, and heat. Balloons left in a hot car, outdoors, or around sharp objects are more likely to pop.
Your exact times may vary, these are estimates based on indoor, cool room temperature environments. Balloons look best its first 24 hours and will shrink and lose shine over time.

→ Large mylars: 2-7+ days
→ Hot air balloons: 2-7+ days (air-filled)
→ Balloon garlands: 1-4+ weeks indoors
If you plan on having balloons outdoors, keep in mind they will deflate more quickly and generally won't last more than a day depending on weather. Give us a heads up when you order and we can recommend options that have higher chances of surviving the outdoors.
