Otherwise, in-store returns for other merchandise are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is unopened and in new condition with digital or paper receipt.

Balloons: All balloons are final sale. Balloons are in good condition at the time of pick up and drop off, and we are not responsible for any pops that occur due to weather and/or negligence. Feel free to reach out if you have any issues with your balloons.

Changes/Rescheduling: If you need to change your delivery or pick up time, please email us within 3 days of your order pick up / delivery date. Please contact us at orders@ohshiny.co as soon as possible.

For standard Tuesday-Sunday local deliveries:

• $100 minimum + delivery fee: Pasadena, Arcadia, La Canada, Altadena, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, San Marino, Temple City, San Gabriel, Alhambra, La Canada, Rosemead, South Pasadena, Duarte, Eagle Rock, La Crescenta, Highland Park, Monterey Park
• $150 minimum + delivery fee: Glendale, Burbank
• We can deliver all over the Los Angeles region, please contact us for a quote! Order minimum $250-$800 depending on distance.

Delivery for Pasadena starts at $29 and increases based on distance. Additional delivery fees apply for scheduled times or outside our regular hours.

→ Our standard delivery window is 11am-5pm. You will receive a text morning-of with a 2 hour delivery window ETA.

→ Someone must be present to bring the balloons inside immediately upon delivery. Balloons left outside are more likely to pop. Delivery drivers cannot redeliver.

Pick up is available Tuesday-Sunday. Add to cart and choose your preferred pick up date and time slot at the bottom of the cart page. Please note that that orders not picked up will be not cancelled, refunded, or remade.

When picking up balloons, we recommend keeping the AC on in your car to prevent premature popping. Take extra care when transporting them into your home or venue to avoid sharp objects that can pop the balloon, such as trees, bushes, nails, and rough textures.
