- We only use premium quality balloons treated for extended indoor float times
- Confetti mixed in-house and may vary from each bouquet
- Helium-filled for pick up / local delivery only
- Keep indoors away from heat/sun for best float life
Pick up is available Tuesday-Sunday. Add to cart and choose your preferred pick up time slot at the bottom of the cart page.
Local Delivery
Delivery fee varies by distance and time.
Delivery order minimum depends on location:
- $100 minimum: Pasadena, Arcadia, La Canada, Altadena, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, San Marino, Temple City, San Gabriel, Alhambra, La Canada, Rosemead, South Pasadena, Duarte, Eagle Rock, La Crescenta, Highland Park, Monterey Park
- $150 minimum: Glendale, Burbank
- For deliveries to other cities or on Sundays/Mondays, please contact us for a quote!
→ Our standard delivery window is 11am-5pm Tuesdays-Saturdays. You will receive a text morning-of with your 2 hour delivery window ETA.
→ Someone must be present to bring the balloons inside immediately upon delivery. Balloons left outside are more likely to pop. Delivery drivers cannot redeliver.
→ If you need delivery by a certain time, or Sunday/Monday delivery, please contact us for a quote.
How to Care for Your Balloons
- Store balloons indoors away from wind, direct sun, and heat.
- Balloons left in a hot car, outdoors, or around sharp objects are more likely to pop.
- Please keep the AC on when transporting balloons, and avoid sharp objects like tree branches and doorway fixtures.
Safety
- Please help us keep balloons safe and fun for all. Never release balloons outdoors and always keep balloons tied securely to a heavy weight. We do not sell balloons for outdoor releases.
- Always supervise children with balloons and remove immediately if a balloon pops. Small pieces can be a choking hazard.
Float Times
Your exact float times may vary, these are estimates based on indoor, cool room temperature environments. Balloons look best its first 24 hours and will shrink and lose shine over time.
→ Latex balloons: 1-3+ days
→ Small mylars: 1-3+ days
→ Large mylars: 2-7+ days
→ Hot air balloons: 2-7+ days (air-filled)
→ Balloon garlands: 1-4+ weeks indoors (air-filled)
FINAL SALE: All balloons, holiday merchandise, sale items, plushies, wearable accessories, footware, food items, and custom-made decor.
Otherwise, in-store returns for other merchandise are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is unopened and in new condition with digital receipt.
Balloons: All balloons are final sale. Balloons are in good condition at the time of pick up and drop off, and we are not responsible for any pops that occur due to weather and/or negligence. Feel free to reach out if you have any issues with your balloons.
Changes: If you need to change your delivery or pick up time, please email us within 3 days of your order pick up / delivery date. Please contact us at orders@ohshiny.co as soon as possible.
Orders shipped via USPS/UPS: Unfortunately we do not accept online returns at this time. Please let us know within 5 days of delivery if there are any issues with the order.
