Our store is located at 3815 E Colorado Blvd in East Pasadena. The storefront is currently closed to walk-ins due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you'd like pick up, please follow these instructions:
1) In your shopping cart, enter your preferred pick up date and time in the notes box
2) Select store pick up as your shipping option at checkout
3) Pick up at your designated date and time. Please note we will not reinflate or refund balloons not picked up on time.
Helium Balloons
Please read the item description to see if it includes helium. In most listings, there is a dropdown option to select "helium-filled (local only)." We can invoice you separately for the helium if you selected uninflated accidentally, or if the listing did not include helium.
For your health and ours, we recommend wearing a mask when picking up, and to please stay at least 6ft away. If you pop open your trunk or side door for us we can place it in there for you. We're sorry we can't be as friendly as we normally are - we'll catch up when this is all over! Thank you for keeping us safe.
Local Delivery is available at checkout for addresses within 15 miles of our store starting at $18+.
Live in the Pasadena and surrounding areas? We can drop off orders $49+ via contactless delivery! Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery to prevent damage to the balloons and products.

INFLATION INFO
* Balloons are shipped via USPS are flat, without air or helium. Use an air pump to inflate with air, or take it to your local florist/grocery for helium. Cost may vary.
* Never leave your balloons in a hot car, it will pop!
* Balloons may shrink in a cold environment, and reinflate once its back to a warmer room temperature.
* Direct sun and wind can cause damage to your balloons. Store indoors for best float times.
CHOKING HAZARD: Always supervise children with balloons and dispose of immediately if damaged or popped.
ENVIRONMENT
* Latex balloons are made of natural materials and are biodegradable.
* Always secure balloons to a weight heavy enough to hold it down - this is required by law in the California.
* Please never release your balloons into the sky where it can cause damage to power lines, oceans, and wild life.
